All international travelers should maintain coverage with their regular, U.S. domestic insurance plan while traveling abroad. Contact your insurance provider to understand your coverage and exclusions for international travel. A traveler who seeks routine or preventative medical treatment abroad will be expected to pay for these services and seek reimbursement from their personal medical provider.
