Scholars can meet one-on-one with coordinator from the international student and scholar team to get answers to questions about immigration regulations, cultural differences and financial matters. Learn more about scheduling an appointment.

Scholars can find information about the types of visas needed for their stay in the United States, links to academic programs, how to pay tuition, housing options, an overview of the campus and life in Columbus and much more.

RECENT SCHOLAR NEWS

Mandela Washington FellowsThe 25 Mandela Washington Fellows hosted by Ohio State will present their Ignite Talks on Monday, July 24 from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. in Saxbe Auditorium in Drinko Hall. Fellows will each share their personal vision for progress and change in Africa during a three to five minute presentation. The Ignite Talks are a culmination of the fellows' six-week stay in Columbus to participate in a Public Management Institute coordinated by the John Glenn College of Public Affairs and the Center for African Studies.

Fulbright Week at Ohio State, April 17-21The Office of International Affairs, the Graduate School and the Undergraduate Fellowship Office have combined their efforts to plan a week full of events acknowledging past Fulbright and Fulbright-Hays recipients; hosting workshops, information sessions and open houses; and informing faculty, undergraduate and graduate students about the opportunities available through the Fulbright and Fulbright-Hays programs. All faculty, staff and students are welcome to participate in any of the Fulbright Week sessions held during the week of April 17 - 21, 2017.
