Now that you have returned to life at Ohio State, there are a few final steps to wrapping up your global education experience!
Complete a program survey
- We want to hear about your experience abroad to learn how we can better prepare future participants. You will be prompted to complete an anonymous, online evaluation through your global education profile after your program concludes. The evaluation form is a valuable tool that we will use to improve our study abroad programs, so your input is essential.
Square away your academic credit
- For faculty-led programs, your resident director will post your grade(s) after you have completed all requirements for the program.
- If you completed a direct enroll, third-party provider or other program, be sure that you’ve completed all of the steps outlined as part of the credit evaluation process, including accurately filing the credit evaluation form.
Evaluate your academic path
- Now that you have discovered the benefits of international education, you may want to consider adding another major or minor based on what you learned—perhaps in international studies, a foreign language or in a new subject of interest.
- Some colleges also have the Global Option, allowing you to integrate internationally focused courses into your course of study and receive recognition on your transcript.
