The Office of International Affairs and GOHi are partners in in The Ohio State University's Connect and Collaborate Grants Program, which is overseen by the Office of Academic Affairs.
Connect and Collaborate incentivizes the Buckeye community to establish meaningful partnerships that catalyze engaged teaching, research and service programs with measurable and sustainable benefits to the community while advancing the strategic and scholarly goals of the university.
GOHi funds and support three Connect and Collaborate projects:
- Costs and Benefits of Human-Animal Interactions for Rural Children
- Development of an Education and Outreach Program to Assist Fresh Produce Growers with Meeting Food Safety Requirements
- Estimating Mycotoxin Exposure and Increasing Food Security in Guatemala
- Improving Diagnosis of Multi-Drug Resistant Tuberculosis in Human and Cattle in China
- Influence of Sociodemographic Factors on Infectious and Zoonotic Pathogen Risk in Mnisi Community
