Crisis24 Overview

The Ohio State University partners with Crisis24, an international security and assistance company, to provide a comprehensive package of support to student, faculty and staff engaged in university-sponsored and affiliated international travel. Travelers are supported by the Office of International Affairs’ Global Health and Safety Team and Crisis24. Through Crisis24, we provide medical, security and emergency support to international travelers 24/7 through the Crisis24 Ohio State dedicated hotline at +1 443-569-7893 or the Crisis24 Horizon Mobile App (Apple Store or Google Play), the website or Ohio State-dedicated phone line.

Crisis24’s services are designed to help Ohio State travelers prepare for and respond to personal, medical, travel and security problems abroad. You should contact Crisis24 any time prior to or during travel to speak with a medical or security specialist about simple or critical matters.
