"In 2013, the river Danube that flows through Bratislava (the capital of Slovakia) brought floods unseen for many years. The water level was rising every day, until it reached just an inch or two below the flood barriers on the river bank. There was a digital meter of the river depth and everyday people were waiting in lines to read the latest numbers. I took several pictures of the flood itself, but this is the most memorable one for me - each day people of different ages, gender, beliefs or origin were patiently standing in line as one."
