President Schejter of Oranim College of Education visits Ohio State
President Amit Schejter of Oranim College of Education in Tivon, Israel visited Ohio State in March to further understand trends in diversity, equity, and inclusion at the university and explore global education opportunities. While on campus, he met with Executive Vice President & Provost Melissa Gilliam, Vice Provost for Global Strategies and International Affairs Gil Latz, and Dean Donald Pope-Davis of the College of Education and Human Ecology.
Ohio State named top producer of Fulbright scholars and students
The Ohio State University is among only five institutions in the country to be named a top producer for both Fulbright U.S. scholar and U.S. student programs, according to the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs.
Ohio State is tied for fifth nationally with six Fulbright scholar awards and is tied for 14th with 10 Fulbright student awards for the 2021-22 academic year.
