Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

Want to put your organizational and leadership skills to the test? Apply to become the chair-elect or chair of one of Ohio State’s signature events - Taste of OSU or Thanksgiving Dinner. Taste of OSU and Thanksgiving Dinner are both coordinated by the Office of International Affairs with support from a wide variety of campus partners.  

Students interested in applying for the 2027 Taste of OSU chair-elect position will need to be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in spring 2028. If selected as Taste of OSU chair-elect, the student will be mentored throughout the Taste of OSU planning process so they will be ready to assume the position of chair of Taste of OSU in February 2028. Applicants for the 2026 Thanksgiving Dinner co-chair position should be rising juniors and seniors.
