Rose Jordan, senior animal sciences major in the veterinary medicine track, is abroad at University College Dublin via Arcadia Abroad and is enrolled in a variety of culturally rich classes.
I came to Dublin having already been here once when my brother was on study abroad in 2017, so I felt like I already had an idea of how my experience was going to go. Having been here for almost two months now, I can honestly say that this experience has been better than anything I could have imagined. There is so much to this beautiful country beyond just the big city and the gorgeous countryside—there are the incredibly nice people, the rich history, the plethora of opportunities and the great craic everywhere you go. I am enrolled in several classes such as Italian for General Purposes, Food Diet & Health, Trees and Forests in Ireland, Equine Industries, Diversity in the Rural Landscape and Ireland Uncovered.
