Yebelay Fantahun is human resources coordinator at the Ohio State Global One Health Ethiopia office. Fantahun has more than 17 years of experience in human resources planning, designing and developing HR strategies, recruitment and selection, staff development, compensation and benefit management, HR policy review and development, and performance management.
Before joining GOHi, Fantahun worked at local and international organizations in various HR positions. Currently, he is responsible for coordinating all human resource functions at the Ohio State Global One Health, Ethiopia office. Fantahun holds a bachelor's in human resources management from Unity University (Ethiopia) and a master's in human resource management from Addis Ababa University.
