The Leadership, Management and Governance (LMG) project implementing partners – The Ohio State University Global One Health initiative (GOHi), Texas Tech University and Oklahoma State University – in collaboration with the Ethiopian Ministry of Education and the U.S. Embassy in Addis Ababa, organized a two-day training workshop for the second cohort of university leaders in Addis Ababa from August 14-15, 2023. The LMG program in Ethiopian Higher Education aims to enhance the capacity of Ethiopian public higher education institutions, improving the governance systems and the quality of education, research and innovation in Ethiopian higher education.

The workshop hosted 25 Ethiopian university presidents and vice presidents from 19 Ethiopian public universities.
