Description

Step out of the classroom and into history with a powerful, interdisciplinary program combining academic exploration with immersive travel.

Students from all majors are invited to join two Ohio State professors in an in-depth study of World War II, with a focus on the United States and Europe. You'll spend the spring semester engaging in small-group courses on WWII history and culture, exchanging ideas, and preparing for an unforgettable three-week tour of historic WWII sites, museums, and memorials across Europe in May.

The program includes travel to several of the most historically significant locations in Europe: London, Normandy, Paris, Krakow, and Berlin — each city offering a deeper perspective on the global impact and human cost of the war.

This experience brings President Carter's strategic plan, Education for Citizenship, to life — helping students build a deeper understanding of global conflict, leadership, and civic responsibility.

Application Deadline: October 16
