Description
Get outside and join fellow students on Saturday, April 25 from 12 - 5 p.m. and discover one of Columbus' many Metro Parks. Slate Run features a variety of habitats ranging from open areas of grasslands, wetlands, meadows and forested areas as well as a living historical farm replicating life in Ohio during the 1880s. You'll explore hiking trails and see wildlife that call this 1,705-acre park home.
We'll meet at the Brutus Buckeye bench at the Ohio Union at 12 p.m. to travel together by charter bus provided by the Office of International Affairs. This is an outdoor event so please plan accordingly and wear appropriate clothing. The event is free to attend but registration is required.
