Information Session: Hospitality, Tourism and Gastronomy in Paris

This program explores the heart of hospitality in Europe’s top tourist destination. Participants will gain insight into various segments of hospitality including culinary arts, food production and service and tourist attractions through hands-on and behind-the-scenes access to some of Paris’ most popular sites. This course will meet virtually and in person during the Spring semester.
