Join CSEEES and the Center for International Education at Lakeland Community College in Kirtland, Ohio for a talk by CSEEES Assistant Director Emma Pratt on Georgia (the country) and Georgian Cuisine. Pratt is an alumna of CSEEES and graduated from The Ohio State University with a Master of Arts in Slavic and East European Studies in 2011. Her thesis was entitled "Georgia's 2010 Constitution".  She lived in Tbilisi, Georgia, for a decade where she taught English, most recently at the International School of Economics at Tbilisi State University, and wrote about Georgian politics, culture, and food for a variety of publications.
