Description

Professor Victoria Donovan will discuss her research with communities in Ukraine’s Donbas region and specific questions about scholarly accountability, activism, and challenging imperial knowledge production. Donovan currently works as the Director of Impact and Professor of Ukrainian and East European Studies at University of St. Andrews in the United Kingdom. Her research focuses on the heritage of the Ukrainian East, community identities, and cultural memory politics. You can find out more about Professor Donovan's research and publications here.
