The Office of International Affairs (OIA) will offer limited front desk services for international scholars starting on Monday, September 14 in 140 Enarson Classroom Building.

Scholars may request to pick up newly processed DS-2019 forms and H-1B documents between the hours of 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

All visitors to the front desk must schedule an appointment in advance at go.osu.edu/intscholarappointment.

Please be aware that it may take additional time for your DS-2019 to be ready at the front desk after it is processed as immigration specialists will continue to work remotely and will not be visiting the office daily.

We have installed a drop box outside of our office for all J-1 scholars who need a travel signature on the DS-2019 form.

Scholars will be notified by email when an immigration specialist has signed the form and that it is ready for pick-up. Scholars must schedule an appointment to pick up documents.

All visitors must enter through the side door, up the ramp to the right. There are signs to guide you.

To alert front desk staff of your arrival, press the button to the side of the door. A phone number is listed on the signage that you may call if you experience any difficulties.

Please remember that you must wear a mask at all times while in the building.

All immigration advising, workshops and programs will continue to be virtual throughout the semester.
