Building hours and visiting protocols for Summer 2021

The Office of International Affairs office location remains closed with limited open hours for document drop-off and pick-up. For the majority of our services, the most efficient way for OIA to assist students and scholars is via email at iss@osu.edu.

Virtual Advising

Immigration coordinators and specialists are available to meet virtually. To schedule an appointment, visit:

Document Drop-Off and Pick-Up

All visitors to the front desk must schedule an appointment in advance at:

Please be aware that it may take additional time for documents to be ready at the front desk after it is processed as immigration coordinators and specialists will continue to work remotely and will not be visiting the office daily.

A drop-off box has been installed outside of our office for all students and scholars who need to drop off Employment Verification Letters (EVL), I-20 or DS-2019 forms for a signature. Students and scholars do not need an appointment to drop off documents utilizing the drop-off box.

Scholars will be notified by email when an immigration specialist has signed a form that it is ready for pick-up. Scholars must schedule an appointment to pick up documents.

Students will need to schedule an appointment to pickup their I-20 or EVL form at go.osu.edu/int-stu-pickup-appt.

Building Protocols

All visitors are met at the side door, up the ramp to the right. Please use the button on side wall to announce your arrival. A phone number is listed on the signage to call if you experience any difficulties.

Please remember to wear a mask at all times while in the building.
