There is a drop off box outside the front door of the Office of International Affairs in Enarson Classroom Building. You can drop off documents, such as Employment Verification Letters, in the box any time Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. You will receive an email to schedule a pick-up appointment after your form has been signed.
Please do not drop off I-20s or DS-2019s for travel signatures in the box—please see below for further instructions.
Limited document pick up times will be available Monday-Friday by appointment only. Once your document has been processed, an immigration coordinator will email you with a link to schedule. Please do not schedule an appointment until you have received confirmation from an immigration coordinator that your documents are ready.
It can take up to five business days to process documents. Please plan ahead.
Due to COVID-19, we will issue a new immigration document but will no longer sign current documents. You can request to pick up your documents at the front desk (by appointment only), have them mailed to you via USPS (no cost), or express mailed visa eShip Global (additional cost).
Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Optical Practical Training (OPT) workshops will be recorded live each month. You can watch the most recent recordings online.
