Developing solutions to address COVID-19's impacts

Ohio State’s research community is playing a critical role in identifying innovative solutions to the numerous impacts from COVID-19. To help assist in these efforts the Office of Research in coordination with the Office of the Chief Information Officer, has developed keepresearching.osu.edu to help better connect the people and resources at Ohio State that are moving COVID-related research forward.

Ohio State users can access the Research Hub - a one-stop marketplace to discover projects, find expertise and identify resources as Buckeyes work together to address the impacts of COVID-19.

The Funding collection lists external funding calls related to addressing COVID-19 impacts, as well as internal challenges and calls.

An opportunity listed in External Funding Calls includes the United States-India Science & Technology Endowment Fund COVID-19 Ignition Grants. The United States–India Science & Technology Endowment Fund (USISTEF) seeks to support and foster joint applied R&D to generate public good through the commercialization of technology developed through sustained partnerships between the United States and Indian researchers and entrepreneurs. The USISTEF is seeking initiatives that address the development and implementation of new technologies, tools, and systems to address COVID-19 related challenges including monitoring, diagnosis, health and safety, public outreach, information and communication.
