Hongliang LuoHongliang Luo graduated from The Ohio State University with a PhD in food science and nutrition in 2005. Before becoming a Buckeye, Luo received her bachelor's and master's degree in microbiology from Fudan University.

"If you go to Ohio State, please do not only study for knowledge, but also to discover the outside world. Open your heart and mind to know and help others, as well as receiving other's feedback. Work is only part of your life. We can focus more on our family and community."
