This two-week study abroad program dives into the world of cured meats and cheeses—think jamón, salami and all kinds of cow, sheep and goat cheeses that are way more exciting than what’s in your fridge.

 

You’ll get hands-on with:

  • Farm visits to see how animals are raised for these iconic products
  • Food processing tours to learn how traditional meats and cheeses are made
  • Culinary workshops where you’ll actually make your own cheese and cured meats (yes, really!)

 

It’s all about understanding the full journey from farm to fork—plus, you’ll explore local food trends, meet experts and connect with Spanish universities.

And when you're not learning? You’ll be soaking up the culture, history and vibes of Spain’s most iconic spots.
