Description
The Costa Rica: Sustainable Service Learning program will help students analyze the impact of sustainable technology on a developing country. Students will explore sustainable practices in Costa Rica through visits to different ecosystems, farms, production facilities, and a visit to CATIE, a local university. Additionally, students will participate in a sustainable service-learning project for a Costa Rican community. Students will also visit national parks, take city tours, and spend one night in a homestay to explore the Costa Rica history and culture.
