Description
EASC will introduce teachers to Korean literature through an online, asynchronous Sijo Poetry. Teachers will learn about Sijo (Korean Poetry) through online lectures, presentations, examples, and teaching materials. Information about the Fall 2024 Midwest Sijo Competition will be included as well.
Asynchronous Sijo Teacher Workshop:
- Open to any educator in any state
- Finish by Oct. 15, 2024
- Self-paced, asynchronous, online
- Gives teachers a background in Sijo, examples, lesson plans
- Professional Development (2.0) contact hours
- Resource material available for completing the workshop
