International Research and Scholarship Grant

Purpose

The Offices of International Affairs, with the support of the Office of Research, the Graduate School, and the Office of Student Academic Excellence, is sponsoring a grant competition for undergraduate students, graduate students and faculty.

Review Criteria

The proposals are assessed by evaluators from across a variety of disciplines, so proposals should be written for non-disciplinary reviewers.

Awards are based on merit, according to the following criteria:

Note: Professional conference travel or fees are not eligible under this award.

This grant is subject to policy and university expenditure requirements, including travel to risk-designated countries. Read Ohio State's international travel policies and requirements.

Proposal Preparation and Submission

Please include the title of project without the name of applicant(s) as this is a blind review.

Awards

Stipends will range from $1,000 to $5,000. Funds will be transferred to the recipient's unit after July 1, 2024.
