The Office of International Affairs has created the Global Online Learning Scholarship for Buckeyes interested in pursuing a virtual education abroad program or global learning experience.

Even with challenges of COVID-19 and its global impact, the Office of International Affairs realizes the importance of staying globally engaged and accessible international education. The Global Online Learning Scholarship will provide from $250 to successful applicants to be applied towards the cost of their virtual experience.

“Online global opportunities provide a unique experience for all Ohio State students to expand their global knowledge and gain valuable intercultural competencies,” said Jeannie Simmons, director of education abroad.

Interested students who are participating in a virtual education abroad program in May 2021 or summer 2021 are encouraged to apply for the Global Online Learning Scholarship. Application deadline is March 5, 2021.
