Global Leadership Initiative (GLI) is a one-year program designed to foster an intercultural community of leaders who are ready to embrace a global perspective, advocate diversity and make a lasting impact at Ohio State and beyond. 

All applicants must be a currently enrolled undergraduate student at Ohio State whose degree will not be completed prior to the end of spring semester 2021. This year's cohort will be 24 members, including 12 domestic students and 12 international students.
