Govindan Sundararajan

Mumbai based Jaideep Potdar (MBA ’94) began his career in Columbus, Ohio as senior consultant at Keane, Inc. where he was responsible for several products at the then-AT&T Bell Laboratories. He later moved to Lucent Technologies (now Nokia) where he was a recipient of the Distinguished Business Professional for sustained and consistent high performance. After spending more than a decade in the United States, he moved to India and held several positions with progressively increasing responsibilities at Tech Mahindra in strategy, competency and delivery. 

He is currently with Capgemini as vice president for North America Markets (India) Operations and is responsible for competitiveness, operational excellence and workforce transformation. He is an accomplished leader in IT software and services with extensive experience in the telecommunications domain, operational excellence and business functions.

Continuing Medical Education Program Group Photo

Ohio State and P.D. Hinduja Hospital and Research Centre partnered to organize a continuing education medical program on renal pathology. Anjali Satoskar, associate professor in the Department of Pathology in the College of Medicine, teamed up with Hinduja’s Chitra Madiwale, MD, a consultant histopathologist and Jatin Kothari, MD, a consultant nephrologist and transplant physician, to collaborate on the planning. ‘Kidney Biopsy: An Update’ was held on March 23-24 in Mumbai.

Fisher’s Global Business Association (GBA) held its first Global Applied Projects (GAP) Summit on March 29 at Gerlach Hall. The GAP program is arguably the largest contingency of MBA students in the State of Ohio that engage internationally on consulting projects. In May 2019, 71 MBA students will travel to eight countries including all three Global Gateway locations. They will engage in projects involving biofuel proof-of-concept in Brazil, regional economic development in China and defense research in India, to name a few.
