An annual event, Thanksgiving Dinner brings together the campus community of students, faculty and staff unable to return home for the long holiday weekend. An Ohio State Signature Event, Thanksgiving Dinner is supported by the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, the Office of International Affairs, University Residences and Dining Services and The Ohio State University Alumni Association. Ohio State hosted one of the largest Thanksgiving Day dinners on a college campus on Thursday, November 28 at the Ohio Union. Over 150 volunteers helped serve the traditional Thanksgiving meal to nearly 1,600 guests, including students, staff and faculty, along with their families, who were unable to travel home for the holiday.
Thanksgiving Dinner tickets are now available at 100 Oxley Hall, the Hale Black Cultural Center and the Ohio Union Information Desk. All guests must have a ticket to attend Thanksgiving Dinner.
This year's Thanksgiving Dinner on Thursday, November 28, in the Ohio Union, expects to serve a holiday meal to nearly 1,600 guests, including Ohio State students, staff, faculty and families of those who couldn't make it home for the holiday. Seatings for the event will be at 11:45 a.m. and 2 p.m. Please contact with questions.
