"This photo depicts someone on their canoe in the early morning on Lake Annecy. I woke up before dawn on this particular day and willed myself to sit on the dock in the hopes of seeing a beautiful sunrise. I was already stunned by the backdrop of the alps and then watched the boat slowly turn to create one of the most peaceful scenes I've witnessed."
