"The picture's title, "A Lock Made By Covid," aptly reflects the situation captured in the image. This photograph was taken during the height of the "ZERO-COVID" policy when many domestic residents found themselves confined to their rooms, permitted to venture outdoors only for essential needs. The central figure in the image is the owner of a lock shop. A government propaganda sign prominently displayed on the wall advises, "Wear a mask and maintain social distance."
