What methodology did you use in your research?

Search some legal norms and relevant cases on official websites for analysis, conduct in-depth research on relevant government departments and enterprises, and finally make a comparative analysis of the institutional differences between China and the United States and China in similar areas in recent years to complete the revision of this book.

What are the purpose/rationale and implications of your research?

Recently, there have been some trade frictions between China and the United States. At the same time, China and the United States continue to develop business cooperation. The exchange between the Chinese and American people has not decreased. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the recent changes in China's legal system and corresponding political system. This book has been completed for many years and has been revised many times. This year It has been five years since the last revision.
