Available grants and funding

Ohio State’s Office of International Affairs funds grants that are made available to faculty members for interdisciplinary conferences and workshops on international themes, travel, international collaborative research, pre-dissertation research, as well as study abroad programs. The Office of Research at Ohio State promotes and supports research being done by faculty and provides resources, tools and funding opportunities.

Travel guides

We have created these travel guides to serve as an information toolkit for you to better understand the travel processes, the local cultures and important resources available to our partners when visiting Brazil, China and Ethiopia. Each travel guide includes information on visas, immunization, travel, transportation, communication and customs, time differences, tips on money exchange and tourist recommendations.

Global Gateways

International Partnerships

The Ohio State University selectively enters into cooperative agreements with international institutions to enhance its international profile in teaching, research and engagement.

International Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) and Memoranda of Agreements (MOA) are motivated by scholarly or institutional requirements. They come into existence through the initiative of faculty and academic units that can benefit from formalizing collaborations with international institutions.
