First Year Success Series

The Office of International Affairs has partnered with First Year Experience to include the Study Abroad Expo as part of the First Year Success Series. The Success Series helps to promote student success by offering short courses on the common concerns and questions first-year students have during their transition to university life. As one of the UAFYE Success Series events, the Study Abroad Expo can help first year students complete a survey class requirement and to learn more about when, how and why it is important to study abroad during their time at Ohio State. By attending the Expo and speaking one-on-one with the experts of the various study abroad programs, students will complete a short "scavenger hunt." Students wishing to attend the Study Abroad Expo for credit must check in at Table 32 upon arrival and collect the necessary documents. Upon completion of the scavenger hunt, each student’s BuckID will be swiped and attendance taken. More information can be found at fye.osu.edu.
