The OIA front desk in 140 Enarson Classroom Building is open for international students to pick up and drop off documents from 1:30 – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. All visitors to the front desk must schedule an appointment in advance. 

Students can also utilize the OIA Drop-Off Box located by the office's front doors to drop off documents without scheduling an appointment.

Please make sure that documents or forms have been fully completed before dropping them off.

Students will be notified when documents are ready for pick up.

An appointment must be made for picking up documents. Only schedule an appointment after receiving a notification from an immigration coordinator that documents are ready for pick-up.
