  • The College of Pharmacy of The Ohio State University and Universidad Nacional Autonoma De Nicaragua-Leon , in recognition of their common interests in developing bilateral relations, are convinced that cooperation between the two institutions contributes to cultural enrichment, scientific progress, and the consolidation of friendship between the two countries, agree to establish the following Agreement of Cooperation.
  • This Agreement will generally promote activities in the following principal areas:
  1. Exchange of theses, teaching materials, and other scientific and technological literature.
  2. Research collaboration.
  3. Exchange of faculty, scholars, and students for lecturing, advanced studies and research.
  4. Conduct on topics of mutual interest joint workshops, symposia etc.


Duration of the agreement

  • This Agreement is established for five (5) years, effective from the date of signing. It will be in force from 1 April 2016 to 1 April 2021. It may be renewed for additional five (5) years if both institutions, acting independently, agree in writing to renew it at least six (6) months before it expires.
