  • The College Public Health of The Ohio State University and Dalian Medical University, in recognition of their common interests in developing bilateral relations, are convinced that cooperation between the two institutions contributes to cultural enrichment, scientific progress, and the consolidation of friendship between the two countries, agree to establish the following Agreement of Cooperation.
  • This Agreement will generally promote activities in the following principal areas:
  1. Exchange of students
  2. Exchange of faculty and staff
  3. Collaborative research, instructional, and cultural programs
  4. Exchange in research information


Duration of the agreement

  • This Agreement is established for five (5) years, effective from the date of signing. It will be in force from 20 April 2016 to 20 April 2021. In order to enhance the efficacy of their cooperative activities, OSU and Okayama agree that it shall be possible to introduce changes and additions to this Agreement by means of mutually agreed upon additional written clauses. It may be renewed for additional five (5) years if both institutions, acting independently, agree in writing to renew it at least six (6) months before it expires.
