Purpose/Objective

•    This Specific Agreement between the National Scientific and Technical Research Council, (hereinafter, “CONICET”), Buenos Aires, Argentina, and The Ohio State University, on behalf of its College of Engineering, (hereinafter, “OSU”), Columbus, Ohio, USA specifies the guidelines of the collaborative programs to be set.
•    It is expected that faculty and researchers in the Civil, Environmental and Geodetic Engineering at OSU Departments and CONICET Institutes will drive and direct the technical activities such as exchange of scholars, joint training of students, etc. Facilitate the use, in the development of joint programs, of facilities, equipment, laboratories, libraries, literature and other available teaching and research materials.

Duration of the Agreement 

This MOU will be in force for a period of five (5) years from the latest date appearing below. It may be renewed for additional periods of five years if both institutions, acting independently, agree in writing to renew it at least six (6) months before it expires.
