Ratnesh Bhattacharya

Ratnesh BhattacharyaRatnesh Bhattacharya, a 2011 graduate of the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University, serves as director of the Ohio State India Gateway. Based in Mumbai, Bhattacharya focuses on developing a global network of Ohio State alumni, facilitating academic and institutional partnerships, and implementing the International Corporate Partnership Program, designed to connect the resources and talent housed at Ohio State with corporations in India and beyond.

Bhattacharya earned his BA in Political Science with Honors and Distinction from Ohio State, where he received a Pressey Grant for his Honors Thesis. Prior to attending Moritz, he worked at the law firm of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP; while at Moritz, he served as a research assistant specializing in Indian agribusiness law for Associate Professor Amy Cohen. Bhattacharya also interned with the Global Gateways initiatives, serving as the India Gateway project manager.

Priya Kurle

Priya KurlePriya Kurle, assistant director, leads programs spanning faculty engagement, student mobility and corporate partnerships in health sciences and healthcare, the Sustainable and Resilient Economy (SRE) Discovery Theme Initiative and agriculture. Priya received a master's degree in psychotherapy and an MBA in international business from Mumbai University. Leveraging her expertise in counselling, faculty collaboration and corporate partnerships, she currently leads the Ohio State partnership with India’s largest training company, with the goal of collaborating with the public and private sector to address India’s human resource development needs, as well as handling the university’s student internship and medical resident observership programs with India partners.
