Take a break and meet us on the mat as we engage in a virtual engaging yoga session and small group discussion after. Everyone is welcome and no previous yoga experience needed. Join us every other Thursday at 6 p.m. This event is a collaboration with the Office of Student Life's Student Wellness Center.
