Join the Global Engagement team to celebrate the autumn season with a free trip to Lynd Fruit Farm in Pataskala, Ohio, for apple picking on Sunday, October 9, at 10:45 a.m.! Located outside of Columbus, experience a working fruit farm while learning about apple varieties and handpicking apples to take home.
Registration closes Thursday, October 6, at 5 p.m. and is required to attend. Participation is limited and will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified if you are confirmed to attend or on the waitlist – please register with an email you check frequently.
Plan to meet at the Ohio Union bus turnaround (12th Avenue) by 10:45 a.m. and return by 10 p.m. Lynd Fruit Farm is approximately 30 minutes away from campus. The Office of International Affairs will cover bus transportation, admission and a small bag of self-picked apples for confirmed students. Make sure to bring money for food and souvenirs from the farm market.
