Diana Rybacki

"Last semester, I studied abroad in AIFS Study in London and it was hands down the best experience of my life," reflects marketing major Diana Rybacki. "London was the most perfect place to call home and there was always something new to do and see every day. This experience pushed me out of my comfort zone and allowed me do things I've only dreamed about. I was able to travel to 12 countries, while still having plenty of time to soak in everything London had to offer."

Rybacki, who is also minoring in education, took courses in American Television Drama, History of London, Rise of the Right: History of Fascisms, Fashion Marketing and Retail during her summer in London.

When not in class or studying, Ryback and her friends reveled in all that Europe had to offer. "We had so many "pinch me" moments and there were so many days that we said, "this is the best day of my life." From living in Kensington, to riding a camel in Morocco, it was the best semester of my life and I wish I could do it all over again!"

Rybacki's suggestion for Buckeyes who are headed abroad is to document your experiences. "My advice is to keep a journal or make a list of your favorite moments as they happen to look back on after your experience is over!"
