The Taste of OSU Organizational Committee has written a guide to help you navigate your way through Taste of OSU. Inside the guide, you'll find information about timelines, selection criteria, food guidelines, cultural exhibit and performance guidelines, as well as expectations for the day of the event, prizes, and an overview of the budget.
Taste of OSU has two primary purposes:
Eligibility criteria for participation:
Student organizations must submit applications by Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at noon to be eligible for Taste of OSU 2012. Separate applications must be submitted for the Food, Cultural Performance and Cultural Exhibit components.

Notification to Student Organizations: Monday, December 5, 2011
Recipes & Ingredients: Friday, January 6, 2011
Food Sanitation Classes:
Performance Details: Wednesday, January 11, 2012 by 5 p.m.
Music Submission: Monday, January 23, 2012 by 5 p.m., Room 300 in Oxley Hall
Food Preparation: (Locations to be determined)
