2011 ExhibitorsAIFS - American Institute for Foreign Study First Year Success SeriesThe Office of International Affairs has partnered with First Year Experience to include the Study Abroad Expo as part of the First Year Success Series. The Success Series helps to promote this success by offering short courses on the common concerns and questions first-year students have during their transition to university life. As one of the UAFYE Success Series events, the Study Abroad Expo can help first year students complete a survey class requirement and learn more about when, how and why it is important to study abroad during their time at Ohio State. By attending the Expo and speaking one-on-one with the experts of the various study abroad programs or attending the “Expo Extras” sessions, students will earn stickers to achieve a specific, required goal. Reflection papers will be distributed at the Expo so students can provide feedback on their learning experience. More information can be found at fye.osu.edu. |
