Educator Workshops

From 2005 to 2007 the educator workshops were called "Global Hot Spots" as they were devoted to recent ‘hot’ topics in five regions, teachers from Central Ohio attended those workshops and as with all our workshops, they were awarded professional contact hours.

A Fall 2008 professional development course was devoted to recent elections in different counties that made headlines in international news. The objective of this course was to provide educators with information as well as the tools to explain, explore, and compare international election processes in which our own national elections are in the forefront of the daily discussions.
