Times Square at the Ohio UnionCOLUMBUS - Join the tradition of The Ohio State University to welcome in the New Year by celebrating the presence of the world on our campus, and the university's commitment to international education, understanding and peace.When: Friday, December 31, 2004, 9:00 pm-1:00 am Where: The Ohio State University, Ohio Union Ballrooms, 1739 N. High Street Free parking for the public in the Ohio Union Parking Garage. Who: Open to all Ohio State students, scholars, staff, faculty, families and friends Free Admission. Free commemorative CD for the first 100 people through the door. Please show university ID at the entrance. This is an alcohol-free campus event, Moonlight Madness: Student Affairs’ Late Night Programming Initiative. Featuring DJ Ray “Ritmo” playing the best World and Top 40 music, free food, and Coco-Cola products, dance exhibitions and competition, children’s activities, door prizes, party hats and noise makers, and a big screen viewing of Times Square in New York live with the count-down until midnight and the start of 2005. Enter a drawing to win a free round-trip airline ticket to Paris, France, compliments of STA Travel, by making a voluntary contribution to support the Stephen Lewis Foundation to ease the pain of HIV/AIDS in Africa.
