Scholars may schedule an appointment via the online system.

Currently, 1,500 international scholars teach and do research at The Ohio State University. The Office of International Affairs help these scholars with their initial adjustment to the university and Columbus. We assist them throughout their entire stay by answering questions and giving advice about immigration regulations, financial matters, cultural differences and personal concerns, and by providing social, cultural and educational programs. International Affairs works closely with faculty, staff, campus organizations and community groups to ensure that international students, scholars and their families have the greatest opportunity to achieve their academic and personal goals. International Affairs serves as the focal point on campus that responds to the special needs, questions and concerns of those who come to Ohio State from abroad.
